I make MJ Bakeover mix pancakes fairly often, and I have leftover ones. So I freeze them. But i've tried variuos ways to reheat them and they come out rather stiff. I know one can buy them from the grocery store, and I bet those don't come out stiff. Any suggestions? I thot maybe of cooking them less, so they have sides, but arent' done in the midle. I always forget to do it tho. W

Waffles always reheat just fine, but they are supposed to be a bit crunchy.
