It's a Princess Makes It Monday, and she chose bread pudding...
The recipe is originally from Make It Fast, Cook It Slow by Stephanie O'Dea.
We ate it for breakfast because if you think about it, bread dipped in eggs beaten with milk, vanilla and cinnamon is the base for french toast. I say po-tay-to---po-tah-to. It's soooooo gooooood, too!
