hi ladies, me again!! A new recipe question....I have a huge apple orchard (organic, of course!!!) now I want to make apple sauce, that's the easy part. My question is, how do I presserve the sauce to keep in bottles in my pantry? thanks for all of your help!!

I water bath process them..it is very easy!! Any canning book will for sure have directions..I think it is one of the easiest things to can and I do alot each year. How lucky you have an orchard!! I wish I did! How fun!!
