Just posted two new gluten free recipes up on my blog - Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles and Coconut Cream Cheese Frosted Brownies.

Both are quick and easy to make, and can also be made with "regular" ingredients and mixes as well.

Enjoy!

thank you so much for posting these, my husband has been put on a gluten free diet as of two weeks ago. His digestion system just can't handle wheat anymore.... I need ideas desperatley, other than rice cakes.... LOL. He is feeling better already and am hoping I can get him back to his "picture of health"... before this started becoming a big problem for him. Poor guy. hated eating, lost a lot of weight. first we thought it was dairy, but it wasn't... then garlic.... ugh. what is a portugese farm girl supposed to cook for her man now?
