Posted - Dec 30 2011 : 6:11:27 PM I know it sounds weird, but I made some chili using ground bison and I added a can of pumpkin and a little pumpkin pie spice along with the other spices, and it's the best chili I've ever made. I used a recipe in Hobby Farms Home that I tweaked a little. I used bison instead of ground turkey because I figure the bison lived a more natural life. Yes, it was pricey but there's absolutely no fat in it. And the pumpkin gives it a mildly sweet taste. All I know is, it's good. Cindy
