Hi Girls,

Made my homemade jam couple days ago, like I have done a thousand times over, but was really exhausted. All the jars "set"...the lids are tight and 'popped', but I noticed in a few of the jars little "air bubbles" in the jam. I must not have done that last step of running a spatula around the edge very well. Will that affect the jam? Will it still be safe to eat? These were to be Christmas gifts. Please advise!

I'm glad that you got your answer! I always worry about the little things like that too!

Got an answer. Called the Ball 800 number. It's fine. Just not as pretty as usual. ;)
