Posted - Dec 20 2011 : 06:48:07 AM Hi Girls,
Made my homemade jam couple days ago, like I have done a thousand times over, but was really exhausted. All the jars "set"...the lids are tight and 'popped', but I noticed in a few of the jars little "air bubbles" in the jam. I must not have done that last step of running a spatula around the edge very well. Will that affect the jam? Will it still be safe to eat? These were to be Christmas gifts. Please advise!
