We made this last night, and it turned out good! I think I will be adding it to some gift baskets with other food items.

Chai Tea Mix

Ingredients

1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1 cup French vanilla flavored powdered non-dairy creamer
2 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups unsweetened instant tea
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cardamom

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
In a blender or food processor, blend 1 cup at a time, until mixture is the consistency of fine powder. (I used an immersion blender)

To serve: Stir 2 heaping tablespoons Chai tea mixture into a mug of hot water.

we used Lipton - we have a small grocery store and that was the only brand of instant tea we've found, though we found it in regular and decaf. :)

I am just wondering what brands make instant tea, because I'd like to try your recipe Jess, but I have never seen the tea. Thanks

I'm glad that he liked it!
Even my oldest daughter, who is normally not one to like anything with tea in it, enjoys it!
