I don't feel like using the cake mixes I have for cake-----what else can I use them for???? Would love to make biscotti...can I ???

the biscotti was a B-.......I would try it again....want to make a pumpkinspice almond and pumpkin seed biscotti. I made a choclate walnut biscotti first time round.
