I think these things must be one of the best snack foods I have tried in a long time. They are so easy to make, and everyone I have made them for, raves about them. Anyone else enjoy this easy way to get more greens into your family?

Kale Chips
* One bunch Kale, washed, dried, torn into pieces (discard ribs)

* Place in a single layer on a baking sheet (or two if you have a big bunch of Kale)

* Drizzle with Olive Oil, mushing (technical term) the leaf pieces until well coated and sprinkle with sea salt

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes until they look wilted and sound crispy when you shake the pan. Enjoy!

Yep, love Kale chips around our house. Even my incredibly picky 3 year old. She just thinks their some sort of commercial snack food :)

Kale chips are one of my kids favorite side dishes! I just saw a recipe for making them in the dehydrator. I may try that next time. Normally I roast with olive oil & sea salt.

Nutritional yeast tastes fabulous on them as well.

Give thanks to yourself everyday for all the wonderful things you do!

I'm almost a year late to the party, but thank you for posting this recipe! I got some kale in my CSA box and needed some good ideas about what to do with it since it's not a personal favorite. The chips are great! I made mine in the dehydrator and it was easy peasy!
