Posted - Oct 06 2011 : 07:24:17 AM Monday morning I put this together and left it and went to work.. Came home and Oh my gosh the house smelled wonderful!
Here is the Recipe:
2 1 lbs pork tenderloins 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 can of golden mushroom soup 1 package Lipton onion soup mix 3/4 can of water
Put the Pork tenderloin in the crock-pot. Whisk all the soup ingredients together in a bowl, and pour it over the pork.
put it on low and I cooked mine for about 10 hours.... it was tender and AWESOME :) My Cowboy loved it. it was falling apart and Really Juicy.
Nice meal for the cooler weather that is coming in :)

Posted - Oct 06 2011 : 7:05:41 PM I did a pork tenderloin today too. It was wonderful. Didn't think DH would ever get full. Here's my version, although I want to try yours too.
1 tenderloin, cut in large chunks 1 small can of diced green chilies 1 package fajita seasoning 1 large onion, sliced into rings Enough beef stock to cover meat
I have a new crockpot, so it cooked on high for about 4 hours, then on low for 3. When done, shred loin pieces with a fork and serve on tortillas, fajita style. I add sour cream to cool down the flavors, a green salad and side of seasoned black beans. Super easy and delicious.
