Ingredients:

1.5 C. white vinegar
4 Tbls. Sugar (can add less if you dont want them as sweet)
1 Tsp. mustard seed
1 Tsp. Celery seed
.5 Tsp. Kosher salt
2 cucumbers- sliced into rounds
1 sweet onion- cut in half moons

Bring vinegar, sugar, and seasoning to a boil. Meanwhile cut veggies. Arrange in layers in the jar/s (made one quart jar for me). Pour hot liquid over the top of the veggies. Refrigerate for 4 days, turning occasionally ( i just shook it, haha) Use within 2 weeks.

I always end up eating them the day after i make them!!! They taste the same to me!! I hope you enjoy them as much as i do!!

You must be the change you want to see in the world.
