I bit the bullet and I've done something I have been wanting to do for a few years. I entered something in our local fair. I make 24" dolls with a kind of fancy country dress and apron. I'm so nervous. I hope it wins something but if it doesn't, then I hope to not be disappointed. Oh, I'm so nervous. LOL

I can't wait to hear how it turned out.

It is wonderful that you stepped out of your comfort zone and entered her. It is great to take a stand like that whether you win or not. But I bet you get a ribbon. Let us know!!

Would LOVE to see pictures! And to know how it turns out!

I entered things when I was a kid in 4-H, but not as an adult. Hmmmmmmmm . . .

Donna, I am a doll maker also. Let us know how you do. I have never entered any of my dolls. I have always been afraid. Please post a picture of your doll. I would love to see it. I love to see other doll makers dolls. I love doll making and have been doing it for a long time. I am a former special education teacher and started making dolls while I was still teaching.

Laughing is good exercise. It's like jogging on the inside.

Donna, Good job entering something in the Fair. I had never done that either and my Mom finally talked me into it. I entered a quilt, the first one I ever made and never expected to get anything. But I got Grand Champion on the quilt. I use to make dolls too. They are fun, never entered one anywhere. Please post photo's would love to see her.
