My husband has heard whispers of how good pickled potatoes are. He wants me to make some but all the recipes I'm finding on the internet are some Indian cuisine that I don't know what a bunch of the ingredients are. Anyone pickle potatoes? Anyone have a recipe they are willing to share?

I made two different versions of pickled potatoes. One Hispanic aka spicy and one sweet. Both are great!!!

Kimberly, I have pickled turnips before and they are yummy. I will look for the recipe and email it, if you want.
