Hi Laura ... I just visited your blog. The cheesecake looks (and sounds) wonderful. It doesn't look too difficult to make either - so I am going to try it right after I get the apples. Also, I noticed your dinner menu. Please share your recipe for homemade mac & cheese. I have some recipes - but I am always interested in how other folks make it. My mac & cheese keeps getting better and better as I check out more recipes.
I just made a batch of Brown Butter Toffee Bars. It will come out of the oven in about 10 more minutes.
