Does anyone have or made lemon jam or marmalade(sp)?
does anyone have a recipe?
I have tasted it before and it was so good.

I've made it. I just used the Certo recipe for orange marmalade and substituted lemons. It was really good.

Shirley Try looking up a recipe for lemon curd. It's like lemon pie filling but better. I've never made it only eaten it. Hope this helps.
