These things are SO good and SO easy to make. My Dd and grands love them too. I had to make more. I got the recipe from Wild Fermentation. I can't remember if I saw a post here from someone else and made them or saw it on someone's blog. If someone already posted about this, I'm sorry. I am just so amazed at how good they are and easy too.

If anyone wants to know how, just let me know. I'll post the recipe. I love fermented stuff. My kitchen has something fermenting nearly all the time. I just did kraut last week. And kambucha all the time.
