My daughter & I are taking the http://gnowfglins.com/ Cultured Dairy course & really enjoyed it. Especially now that we are milking 2 goats.

Neat! I once took a canning class on-line for free. In fact, I think I found out about it, in one of MJF magazines (years ago).
