Montrose Girl	Posted - Aug 30 2011 : 07:03:18 AM Once dry I just put them in a canning jar in the lower cupboard. I use olive oil on fresh cherry tomatoes for storage, but no need if you've dried them. As with anything you should keep an eye on them to make sure a moist one didn't get in the batch and start to spoil them all. I dry at a lower temp then called for. It keeps the color and texture better I found, one reason to ahave a dehydrator with a temp control. http://www.inntheorchardbnb.com/
