anyone know how to prepare these?

Posted - Aug 11 2011 : 3:48:18 PMI actually planted a winter radish called Munchen Bier, its an heirloom from Germany. I am just going to store them like I would turnips so I can use them during the winter fresh. I might even pickle some.
