I saw some "winter radishes" at a farmers market. didnt' buy any because I had never heard of them,and didn't know what to do with them.

anyone know how to prepare these?

I actually planted a winter radish called Munchen Bier, its an heirloom from Germany. I am just going to store them like I would turnips so I can use them during the winter fresh. I might even pickle some.
