Just thought I'd let everybody know that if you are near a Homeland, they have the large blocks of Velveeta on sale for $2.99 which is amazing. The neat thing is that it can be canned for use this winter so you can stock up now. I like it for soups and nachos or other cheese sauces in the winter. I know, it isn't "real" cheese, but it sure does make good cream soups and queso if you are out of hard cheese! :-) You can see how to can it at the blog at http://www.oklahomapastrycloth.com/blog/?p=2887

Belle, it's really easy. If you go to http://www.oklahomapastrycloth.com/blog/?p=2887 I have a step-by-step in pictures on how to do it. You would be shocked how easy it is. I love having it on hand that way because I just grab some off the shelf and scoop it out of the jar and put it into whatever I am cooking. It's just awesome. And it doesn't take up the frig!! :-)
