I made angel food cake! It used 14 egg whites. The yolks I scrambled and ate and fed to the chickens.

Put this with some of my freshly made lemon curd or jams...YUM!

That sounds so good. But my girls have slowed down to about 3 eggs a day now. I was getting up to 18. Now this. I have made noodles and they are so good. And have wanted to make an angel food cake for the longest. So I hope when they pick back up I can try this recipe.

Yes! We did that last year and it was so delicious. I used all the yolks to make homemade noodles.

Great idea Michele. I hate wasting egg yolks.

Take your yolks and make pound cake. You can then throw it in the freezer for later.
