I found coconuts on sale for 50 cents each! Can you believe it? Soooo, I bought some and made a coconut pie. Oh my gosh. Dreamy!! I put the pictures and recipe at the blog, including how to deal with a fresh coconut. I hope you can find some cconuts on sale too!!

how wonderful! nothing beats a fresh young coconut! Got spoiled those 12 years on the island!

Oh, I just love fresh young coconut! I love drinking the coconut water!!! It has more electrolytes than sugary sports drinks too! :) You sure found a great deal!!! I'm just blessed I found out that the natural food store about 15-20 minutes from my house sells them now! Before the nearest place I found to have them was in Milwaukee!! That is almost 3 hours away from me!
