Oh girls! I made this last night to have with dinner and it is SO GOOD! I am not a blue cheese fan other than Gorgonzola (which I used) but it was so tasty!

Oh my goodness, thankyou SO much for posting this! It sounds fabulous!!! I love blue cheese! The best blue cheese meal I ever had was a blue cheese buffalo burger at a restaurant in/near Glacier park in MT!!!!

Oh, this sounds awesome! I am SUCH a blue cheese fan! I never knew it until I was pregnant, though, and it's one of those cravings that stuck around after! Thanks for this. I will make a smnaller version for myself, since noone else in my little family shares my love of this mold :)
