Posted - Jul 06 2011 : 12:58:00 PMHas anyone made this before? I was going through cookbooks, when I should have been cleaning my bathroom, and found a recipe for this. And guess what??!!
I'm making some right now. Now my kids really think I'm crazy!
Posted - Jul 07 2011 : 06:36:41 AMIt's hard to explain the taste. If you like dandelion, you'll like this jelly. I almost want to say it tastes citrus-like, maybe a teensy stronger flavor than dandelion jelly makes.
Posted - Jul 06 2011 : 4:57:21 PMNow that is a pretty jelly. There are fields full of them now. Sounds like an interesting project for tomorrow.

Posted - Jul 06 2011 : 4:50:02 PMI posted pictures on my blog. I'll be back to add the recipe. I'm dripping with sweat now from picking more wild black raspberries. It's about 90° in my kitchen right now.
Posted - Jul 06 2011 : 1:46:22 PMJust be careful to know the difference between hemlock and Queen Anne's Lace when making it. I'm boil sealing them now.
Posted - Jul 06 2011 : 1:43:54 PMBe sure to post how it turns out, I'd love to hear and see some pictures too! I love making jellies that aren't as common, this sounds fun! I just found a recipe for watermelon jelly that I want to try later on this summer. Thanks for sharing!
