I was craving fudge so bad and didn't want to make it on the stove. Here is what I came up with:
1 cup coconut oil
3/4-1 cup cocoa powder
1/2-1 cup honey

Blend in the blender, pour into desired pan and chill until hardened.

I used 1 cup cocoa powder because I wanted it chocolatey and I used 1/2 cup of honey and it was plenty sweet! I used an ungreased corningware small round casserole dish and it worked out just fine.

Something so easy, so healthy is also so good! Thought I would share it with my farmgirl sisters!
