Posted - Jun 22 2011 : 10:20:11 AM No, it's not her packaged mix. I got my starter to baking stage and had so much that I decided to make two loaves. So I added rosemary and thyme to the batter of one batch and spread it over the bottom of my cast iron skillet. With the other batch I made a regular loaf.
Once they came out of the oven I tried the foccacia with lots of butter melted on it and I sprinkled Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Salt over it. Wow! I ate half the loaf! I will be doing this again.
