I have a great one! Cream Cheese Cutouts
1 cup butter (softened)
3 oz of cream cheese-softened (note hard to find this size-just cut the 8 oz bar)
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
In large mixing bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour and salt and gradually add to creamed mixture until blended. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until easy to handle. On lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1/8" thickness. Cut with cookie cutters dipped in flour. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool for 1 minute before moving to wire racks. After completely cooling frost with the following recipe.
Frosting:
3 cups confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup butter, softened
2 TBL milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
food coloring optional and sprinkles optional

Happy to be a "Raggedy Ann" in a Barbie World!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.
