sold the dog kennel so last night I oredered a Nesco American Harvest FD 80 -this is the square one--im so excited! ordered off amazon.com so got a great price and free shipping! cant wait to get started as i am trying to wean away from my chest freezer.

Yay for you!! :-) I just finished dehydrating a boatload of onions - vidalias and Texas 1015s. I think I did about 1/2 a bushel of the 1015s and those filled 2 wide mouthed quarts! Ohh and did they smell good. I love having dried stuff on hand!!
