Remember at the state fairs, walking through the concourses, and seeing that dip counter with all the different kinds of dips and pretzels you could use to try them?

the favorite was ALWAYS the dill dip.

I've wanted a recipe for that dip for awhile, and found it on allrecipes. I just love it!

(Recipe can be halved)
2 cups mayo
2 cups sour cream
1 tablespoon dried parsley
3 tablespoons grated onion (I used a really small grater)
3 tablespoons dried dill weed
1 1/2 tablespoons seasoning salt (I only used a half teaspoon and it was salty enough)

In a medium bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, onion, dill weed, and salt. Mix all together, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

This was so yummy! It was devoured!

Starbucks and sushi to green fried tomatoes and corn pudding-I wouldn't change it for the world.
