Hello everyone this is Laura at Kentucky's Yesterday's Farm. Mama and I have been making Buffalo Berry Jelly and it is so good. We also wrote what is happening in the garden, and with the milk goats and cows. Hope y'all enjoy this. :)

Oh I am so glad you all liked my blog!!! Tammy Buffalo Berries are a small red berry, the leaves have a silver underside, and they grow wild here. They are a old native American plant.

I just looked at the starwberry farm here in Kenosha and their site says still a few more weeks because of the cold wet spring we have had. I am getting anxious!

The strawberries are all blossoming right now! It will be a few more weeks before the strawberries are ready up by me! I can't wait! I want to freeze some rhubarb so I can make rhubarb strawberry jelly :)

Laura, Loved the pics on your blog but am wondering what exactly are Buffalo Berries ?!
I have managed to make strawberry/rhubarb jam, strawberry/blackberry jelly and blackberry preserves so far this year.
Yum!
