Posted - May 15 2011 : 07:05:34 AM I (gulp) for years have bought wheat thins at the store. We love dips like hummus (homemade from using baked chickpeas vs. canned) etc. Our family is one more step forward in removing processed foods from our table.
We just made our first batch of homemade wheat thins. Click on my blog to see the photo and link for the recipe. ![](icons/icon_smile_big.gif) ![](icons/icon_smile_big.gif)

Posted - May 17 2011 : 11:22:47 AM I just have to say thank you, thank you, thank you! You have shared two recipes of my favorite things to eat that I havent bought in quite awhile, because of them being processed. I really haven't had the time to look for recipes of my family's favorite things to eat, but I think I will make some. Tina Kay

Posted - May 16 2011 : 11:29:00 PM Kristina, Many years ago I made graham crackers for my kids and I think the recipe came from the Mother Earth magazine. I can't wait to try your wheat thin recipe, thanks. Debbie |

Posted - May 15 2011 : 09:40:35 AM Thanks Grace, I am on the hunt for an organic recipe for graham crackers. We would like to change our S'more with organic or homemade grahams and homemade marshmallows.
