My husband got a deal on a new 23 qt pressure canner and its in transit and on its way to my house tomorrow!!! 
I am sooo excited! Now, what to make.....?
Any suggestions? What have you had good luck with?

I had a great experience with my new canner! I made beef veg soup. I am now wanting to can everything in sight! It's addicting!

OOhhh a pressure canner!! That is on my Mother's Day list! I have my water bath canner, which is just really only good for fruits.. I want to can everything!!

Excellent! I got one for Christmas but have yet to take it out of the box. Hope to can some wild plums and peaches soon. Enjoy.
