I had an Eureka moment this morning and thought I might share it. I HATE to drink water but know I need to drink more of it. Most of those flavor packets are artificial flavors and artificial sweeteners which I don't like. This morning's Eureka moment was that I could take a tea bag and put it into the water bottle and flavor my water that way. I used Celestial Seasoning's Lemon Zinger. It took probably a minute for the bag to flavor the water. I took the teabag out and saved it to reuse again. I prefer my water room temp so it might take a little longer if you have chilled water. I loved the taste. THe good side is it's healthy, has no sugar or artificial sweeteners, and has no calories so it's an excellent substitute for my Mt. Dew. I've got some raspberry and peach tea bags at home I'll be interested in trying this with too.

The tea bag in the water works great! I used to do that when I was a lifegaurd.

I add 2 drops or orange essential oil & a little stevia, store in a half gallon mason jar & drink throughout the day. Light, sweet & refreshing!

Tammy - that was an Eureka moment. I also do not drink enough water. I am going to try the tea bag tomorrow morning! Thank you so much for sharing.

I like to add liquid chlorophyll to my water, it gives it a minty taste and has the added benefits of chlorophyll. Unless it is really hot I don't like drinking plain water.
