Posted - Feb 16 2011 : 06:25:45 AM If eggs are frozen in the shell, is there any way that one can use/salvage them?
We had a volunteer put several dozen in the freezer instead of the refrigerator by mistake at the food bank, and I'd hate to throw them out if there is some way they can be used. |

Posted - Feb 17 2011 : 04:20:11 AM When the weather is very cold outside, our hen's eggs freeze. We bring them inside and allow them to thaw and they cook up just fine.

Posted - Feb 16 2011 : 06:45:04 AM We had that happen because of our frig got too cold on the side that the eggs were sitting and I used them anyway after allowing them to thaw. They seemed to do fine.
