I thought if anyone would know the answer to this, it would be my fellow farmgirls! I've been purchasing whole grain bread for us, but I know Ezekiel bread would be much healthier. We both like the taste, but don't have a supplier near us. I've not grown sprouts before, but have MJ's book and lots of advice from this forum. Have any of you tried it? Is it worth the time and effort? Tips, techniques, and suggestions would be welcome!

We like Ezekiel bread too - and get sticker shock every time we buy it. So if you find a good recipe, keep us posted. I looked at the recipe on food.com, but I didn't think Ezekiel bread had wheat flour in it. I thought it was the sprouted grain flour - which I have no idea how to make. Is that what it meant? I'd be interested in hearing about it if you try it. Good luck.

Hey Holly :)

I have never tried making Ezekiel Bread but found this recipe on www.food.com and the reviews sound promising. Hope this helps :)
