Posted - Mar 04 2011 : 11:59:20 AM What will thaw out in time?? When all else fails, I fix breakfast. Pancakes or waffles, bacon or sausage along with some scrambled eggs. Boy that sounds good, but I am already too far along with the chicken and noodles.

Posted - Feb 25 2011 : 07:57:28 AM Last night we had leftovers but tonight we are having Calico Cranberry CousCous Salad. It is really good, and have only made it one other time. I am not a vinegar person but even using the full amount that they listed wasn't bad. So this time I will have a little less of the vinegar. It tastes great either room temperature or a tad cold. It is really quick to make as well. I am going to be making this for my quilt guild this coming monday.

Posted - Feb 22 2011 : 1:22:00 PM That's one of the first "meals" I made my husband because he said he loved it :) We have it every now and again. I don't buy many hot dogs, just the Hebrew National ones on sale (which is rarely!) but I do enjoy it.
Marcia, grilling out sounds wonderful about now, when it's 30 degrees here...I'm SO OVER this winter!
Tonight, we'll be having something simple, like Pad Thai from the little restaurant down the street :) I'm picking the baby up, have errands to run that I didn't do last night because my feet got soaked in the deluge, just walking to my car, so they have to be done tonight!!
