Hi farmgirls! Was wondering if anyone has a recipe for jelly made out of fruit juice. (grape, apple) I had a recipe but can not find it. So thought I would ask you girls for help finding one.
Thanks for all the help.

Hey Debra, that is very easy. Yes, the recipe will usually comes with the box of pectin. Depending on the pectin/gelling agent that you use, the required amount of sugar needed would change, but essentially, most jellies are all made the same way.

You have the juice, and so you're already halfway there!

and scroll down for listed recipes. Have fun jellymaking!

I believe I remember seeing recipes for jelly from juice right on the pamphlet that comes in the pectin packages.
