Posted - Jan 24 2011 : 7:28:11 PM Hey Debra, that is very easy. Yes, the recipe will usually comes with the box of pectin. Depending on the pectin/gelling agent that you use, the required amount of sugar needed would change, but essentially, most jellies are all made the same way.
You have the juice, and so you're already halfway there!
