My BF was just released from the hospital after being diagnosed with acute congestive heart failure. He has to be on a low sodium diet(less than 2000 mg. per day). I've found some recipes on-line, but most contain either fish or chicken. He will not eat fish at all, and doesn't particularly care for chicken either. This diet is going to be permanent because he has both heart and kidney damage, so I need to find something I can make easily that he he will eat.

Thanks for your help!
Luanne
