Does anyone here follow the new WW points plus program? I lost 30 lbs last year and I just rejoined last week with the new program. Just wondering if anyone has some good WW recipes!

Wish I could get the materials from a meeting. Like the big kits that have all the books and points guides in them. I am hand on person and don't want to have to be on the computer to read it all. I still have the old stuff but would be interested in learning about the new system. All fruits are free?? That's a change because they all used to have points and most of the veggies were free. WOW. Things really changed on that part.

I just rejoined WW (for the umpteenth time) on Sunday morning. So far I'm really liking the new points system. The best thing is all fruit is free (!). I also like how they are promoting healthier eating. You get more points -- but some foods have a different point value, so you really need to pay attention. At this point I find it a fun challenge.

Glad to see some WW here!

I started WW last summer with the old points system. I reached my goal and made lifetime membership. I put a few lbs. back on over the holidays. Went to the meetings and I got all the info on the new system. I think they did it this way so people would eat more fruits and vegs. I prefer the old points system. I am using the e-tools and it has to be the new system. I am thinking about just doing the meetings and not doing it online. I can still use the things I had from the old system to use it. I find it difficult to get back in the swing of eating healthy now that I enjoyed the holiday goodies. Also I bought the scale and it can't be used with the new system for figuring out the points. It can only be used for weighing out portions. For those who have no meetings near I guess you would have to use the new system. Something else I found annoying is that all the recipes I put in online have to be re-done for the new system and now it does not accept some of the ingredients. So I am still figuring out what I want to do.

O, a trouble's a ton or a trouble's an ounce,
Or a trouble is what you make it!
And it isn't the fact that you're hurt that counts,
But only--how did you take it?

I used the old points system and lost 40 lbs, but then got all skinny and wound up pregnant!! hehehe!! Anywho, I was wondering about this new Points system but really can't find out much info without joining online. I used to work for weight watchers but then they shut down our meetings so I quit going and am no longer up on the info. I am not sure about joining online, I liked the accountablity of going to a meeting. Let me know what you think of it.

I am getting ready to start this week. I have never gone but there are several at the school I teach and they say it works. So hopefully weather permitting I can make it tomorrow.

I lost 35 pouds with WW I have gained 3 lbs over the holidays and will start it up again Today. As I made a deal with my self to just have a good holiday and not worry about because I had gotton rid of the weight before and now knew I could again. Although I have not done anything with the new points system and but will do so later on today online.
