Any ideas what i can make with left over turkey besides turkey salad. My DH bought a turkey that was on sale and i put it in the roaster and now have all this left over turkey. Would really appreciate some ideas on what to do with it so we are not just eating plan turkey for days!! Thanks

My mother always made Turkey Hash. Leftover turkey, any kind of mixed vegetables, chicken broth thickened with flour and topped off with biscuits. YUM! I usually make turkey rice soup and freeze it to enjoy the rest of the winter. Enjoy your turkey!

Turkey Croquettes are marvelous! Top them with peas in a cream sauce. Need a recipe? I've got a great one I could share.

Turkey enchiladas. I made a turkey tettrazini with ours at thanksgiving time that was really good. Use it in a green chili instead of chicken?? Turkey pot pie. Freeze some so that you have it for later when you aren't tired of eating turkey.
