I made some easy Christmas candy today but oh so yummy! All it is is almond bark & peppermint candy canes. Melt the almond bark in the microwave, crush the candy canes, & mix together. Spread on a jelly roll pan covered with aluminum foil & chill. Break apart & enjoy!

I like dippin one side of a ritz cracker in melted chocolate, sprinkle with crush peppermint, and let set up on waxed paper. Yummy!
