Posted - Dec 20 2010 : 11:17:57 AM A few years ago I made gingerbread men for Christmas and now they are my most requested cookie. However, their little arms and legs break so easily when moving them around. This year I use a wide mouth mason jar and made gingerbread faces. So much easier and just as cute.

Posted - Dec 20 2010 : 7:51:55 PM If I can brag on my Oklahoma Pastry Cloth™, I've been making gingerbread men and other cut-out cookies for years on it and my gingerbread men come out with arms and legs intact! No crutches or slings needed! :-) OK, advertisement is over.

Posted - Dec 20 2010 : 3:24:41 PM Years ago I bought a fish turner at Bed Bath & Beyond, it looks like a metal spatula but it is about 8" wide! I find it perfect not only for turning delicate fish steaks but also for moving larger delicate items like gingerbread men :)
