(click on link) http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2010/10/my-favorite-turkey-brine/ If you want something easier, just add 2 cups Kosher salt to a 5 gallon bucket of water, dissolve salt, & add turkey. Keep cold (I usually add a bag of ice on top) & let soak for at least 24 hours. I do this every year & my bird is delish. Pioneer Woman's has more flavors, & she is quite the cook.
