Hi ladies!

I really need your help on this one! I was asked to bring pumpkin pies to Thanksgiving dinner this year. Problem is - I hate pumpkin pie, so I've never made it!!! Does anyone have a good (and easy) recipe I could use?

Thank you all so much!

Hi, there - there's another version on my Rural Farmgirl blog - I tested it on my family and the neighbors just a couple of days ago - and it's really good!

XOXO, Libbie

Do you have the fall MaryJanes Farm magazine? There is an amazing recipe in there! I adore it!

No need to cook the crust at all before putting in the filling. :)

Thank you Diana!

One more question - do you need to bake the pie crust for a bit first, or put the filling in right at the beginning?

Thanks again,
Luanne
