I have been thinking Thanksgiving this week. This is my Grandmothers Cornbread Sage Dressing/Stuffing. This is so easy and delicious. Check my blog for more great recipes.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

Sage Dressing
Corn bread
(follow the directions on the back of cornmeal and make the day before)
1/2 white onion diced
1 can of chicken broth
3 medium stalks of celery, diced
1 1/2 tablespoons of ground sage
1 cup of milk
Salt and Pepper

In a large mixing bowl crumble corn bread and mix in all ingredients. Place in a 9x9 greased baking pan. Bake at 375 until golden brown on top.

Reina,

Every year forever I have made a cornbread and sausage stuffing for our Thanksgiving bird. The stuffing is always moist and delicious. Your recipe sounds wonderful!
