1 tsp.olive oil
1/2 garlic clove finely minced

saute these together until garlic has a slightly translucent appearance. set aside.

In a medium size mixing bowl add the following:

2 blocks cream cheese.
1 ctnr. sour cream
Black pepper to taste
crushed red pepper to taste (pinch)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese(the kind in the green shaker)
1 pkg. thawed/drained very well..Spinach
1 can of artichoke hearts, drained well and pureed in a blender.

add the olive oil and garlic from the pan over onto this mixture.

Blend all together on low speed with a mixer.

Serve cooled or you can warm it in the microwave for a few seconds. We prefer it warmed a little. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.

yummy! enjoy!

Sounds excellent! I'll have to give it a try!
