Posted - Oct 23 2010 : 6:43:02 PM Okay..I love them but what was I thinking? I got a 24 lb. box today. So...if you have any ideas for them please let me know. I know I do want to juice some and make some jelly and I have a couple of recipes...but it is alot of pomegranates to use up! Sort of exciting though..they were a good price too!

How did you come across so many?
I'd be tempted to make jelly too. Sounds really good! |

Posted - Oct 23 2010 : 6:49:57 PM Jenny I found this link. http://homecooking.about.com/library/archive/blfruit55.htm Looks like there are some "canning friendly" recipes there. I love pomegranates. I remember when my mom first bought one around Christmas, sitting there peeling it & eating the seeds. I felt so exotic.
