Posted - Oct 22 2010 : 09:58:34 AM I always just wrap each ball (I shape it into baseball size wads) in plastic wrap or put them into airtight containers. But we do usually eat it up pretty fast! I did see fresh mozz stored in whey in a jar, at Whole Foods, but mine does get gooey when I do that at home. I usually have to store mine on top of homemade pizza, to make everyone around here happy!!!

Posted - Oct 21 2010 : 11:41:58 AM hi merry, thanks for input. when i put it in whey the outside gets gooey. is that just how it is going to be. i dont think wax works since we eat it in a week. i hate plastic. i tried a glass jar still gets hard on outside. thanks sherrye
