I also make my extra eggs into egg noodles & freeze. I make a lot of homemade soups that I use egg noodles in. Yummy!

I freeze two or three together. Like Lillian whisk them together, but I pour them into ziplock bags and lay them flat. They take up very little room this way. It's a great way to use up extra and have some for winter.

Yes you can freeze eggs. I freeze them byt the dozen to use for scrambled eggs when all my kids are home. Works great & can't tell a difference. I have read somewhere that you should put some salt in with them to help preserve them.

Yes, you can freeze eggs. I take an egg, crack it in a bowl, lightly mix and then pour into a muffin tin. When frozen I can pop it out and place into a storage container. If you have a large enough tin you can place 2 eggs in one hole. I did this during the summer when I had an abundance of eggs. Now that my girls are moulting and not laying I am glad to have the extra eggs in the freezer.
