Does anyone else let their bread rise outside? I have let mine rise (out of the sun, of course) on my back porch. My house stays pretty cool in the fall/winter, so this is really the warmest place.

I do when it's warm. It seems to rise faster. When cooler I turn the over on for a few minutes then off. I let it rise in there.
